AI Foundations for Teams
Your whole team, front desk to board, does real work faster with ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude.
Your whole team learns to draft, summarize and analyze faster in ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Claude, working on their own emails, reports and spreadsheets. By the end of the day everyone has a prompt library for their role and shared rules on which company data goes into which tool.
What the research shows
Figures from published studies and surveys. Each one links to its source.
40%
less time on writing tasks from their own job, with 18% higher quality: 453 professionals using ChatGPT, against those without it
Noy & Zhang, Science, 202325.1%
faster, with 12.2% more tasks done: BCG consultants in a 758-person study using GPT-4 on 18 realistic tasks AI handles well, against those without it
Dell'Acqua et al., Organization Science, 202619%
less likely to reach the correct answer: a separate group of consultants from the same study using AI on a complex task outside what AI does well, against those without it
Dell'Acqua et al., Organization Science, 2026What you leave with
- A prompt library for each person's own role, tested on their real inbox, reports and meetings
- Email drafted, shortened and reworded in Outlook with Copilot, in your own tone
- Teams meetings and rough transcripts turned into summaries with decisions, owners and deadlines
- First-draft reports and proposals in Word from a few bullet points, and Excel sheets summarized or cleaned without formulas
- The judgment to tell a task AI handles well from one it stumbles on, and to catch confident wrong answers before they reach a client
- A first no-code time saver working on a weekly task, plus a one-page team rule sheet on which data goes into which tool
- In the 10-day program: the team's best prompts written up as standard routines, repetitive steps automated without code, and a portfolio of real work finished with AI
What the course covers
How ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude work
A plain-language picture of tokens, context and why the same question gets different answers, with no math. You see which assistant suits which job, where Gemini fits if you work in Google Workspace, and what your company licenses already include.
Prompts that hold up on real tasks
The four parts of a working prompt: context, an example, a clear ask and the format you want. Practiced on the emails, reports and requests each participant brings.
Microsoft Copilot in Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
Inbox triage and replies that sound like you, first drafts from bullet points, spreadsheet summaries in plain language, and meeting recaps with owners and dates. The same tasks run in ChatGPT and Claude for teams outside Microsoft 365.
Where AI fails
Invented facts, stale knowledge, shaky arithmetic and answers that sound right but are wrong. You learn quick checks that catch them and decide which jobs stay with people.
Safe use of company data
What may go into a public chatbot, what belongs only in your company's licensed tools, and what goes into neither, personal data under GDPR included. The team writes its own one-page rule sheet.
First no-code time savers
Saved prompts, a custom GPT, a Claude Project or a Copilot agent built for one task you repeat every week, and NotebookLM for answers drawn from your own documents. Everyone tests theirs before the day ends.
10-day program: prompts into process
The team turns its best prompts into shared templates and checklists, so the best way of working becomes the standard one, for new hires too.
10-day program: no-code automation
Connect email, forms, spreadsheets and chat with tools such as Power Automate or Zapier, so repetitive steps run without a developer. Each participant finishes with a portfolio of work completed with AI.
Who it is for
- Whole teams starting out with AI, from reception and customer service to managers and the board
- Companies on Microsoft 365 that want staff using Copilot in Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
- Office, admin and operations staff whose days run on email, documents and spreadsheets
- Managers who want one shared baseline before a wider AI rollout
- People who tried ChatGPT once, got a vague answer and gave up
- Career changers and people returning to work who want a lasting edge from the 10-day program
